This Privacy Policy ("Policy") of Caton Wellness, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("our," "us," or "we"), applies to each one of our users, customers, and visitors ("you" or "your"). This Policy relates to our Terms of Use, which incorporates this Policy.
This Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. We are committed to handling your data with transparency, care, and respect for your privacy.
We collect personal data in the following ways:
The types of data we may collect include:
We use Airtable, Inc. as our data processor for assessment responses and results. Airtable stores this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.
After you receive your assessment results, we invite you to answer a short set of optional questions about the assessment itself. You may decline, and you may stop at any point. Declining changes nothing about your results.
These questions ask whether the assessment read you accurately, whether anything was missing, and — optionally — how you would describe your race or ethnicity and your gender. We ask for that last part for one reason: to find where our questions work less well for some leaders than for others, so we can rewrite them. We do not use it for marketing, targeting, segmentation, or pricing, and we do not sell or share it.
Race and ethnicity are treated as special category data under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, and as sensitive personal information under the California Privacy Rights Act. We collect it only where you have chosen to provide it after being told why, which is the explicit consent those laws require. Every question is optional and every list includes “Prefer not to answer.”
These answers are stored separately from your assessment results, in a different table, with no name, email address, company, archetype, or results link attached, and no identifier that would allow the two to be matched. That separation is built into the system rather than promised by policy: our results system and our feedback system use different endpoints, and a request that carries both identity and demographic information is rejected outright rather than being cleaned up and stored. We are therefore unable to tell you which feedback record is yours, and unable to correlate any person’s background with their assessment result.
Because these records contain nothing that identifies you, we cannot retrieve, amend, or delete an individual response after it is submitted. If you would prefer your feedback not be used at all, do not submit it; nothing is stored until you complete the questions.
